FlowState Marketing is seeking a hard-working, self-starting individual to join the team as a Production Specialist. You’ll work directly with our Production Managers and when necessary, our Chief of Production and Development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production on a project, from the time it is sold to the time it is delivered to the client. This includes reviewing all details of the initial sale for accuracy and feasibility, placing the order with the appropriate manufacturer/distributor, and following up during production to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The production specialist should keep detailed notes on the status of all projects so that other employees can easily find information on their project status. Production specialists should be very organized, process oriented, and have high attention to detail.
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of finding new business (prospecting, lead generation, meeting, discovery notes and introductions to Account Managers). The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated self-starter with strong sales experience and a great work ethic. The candidate would also exhibit strong time management, leadership, communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
